Blueberry Coconut Gut-Healing Gummies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milky Oats infusion Let 2-3 tbsp of dried Milky Oats steep in 1 cup of hot water for 10-15 minutes, then strain out the herb.
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) or other fruit
  • 2/3 can coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin

Method
 

  1. Blend blueberries and coconut cream in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add gelatin to a small amount of cool water to bloom, then add to the hot Milky Oats infusion.
  3. Add honey and stir well.
  4. Add blueberry coconut cream mixture and warm slightly on the stovetop. Stir, stir, stir!
  5. Add to a silicone mold or simply pour into a glass container to cut into pieces after it hardens.
  6. Place in the fridge for a couple hours, or until the mixture has completely gelled.
