Blend blueberries and coconut cream in a blender until smooth.
Add gelatin to a small amount of cool water to bloom, then add to the hot Milky Oats infusion.
Add honey and stir well.
Add blueberry coconut cream mixture and warm slightly on the stovetop. Stir, stir, stir!
Add to a silicone mold or simply pour into a glass container to cut into pieces after it hardens.
Place in the fridge for a couple hours, or until the mixture has completely gelled.
