Method
- Boil all the herbs (except calendula) with 3-3.5 cups of water.
- Cover and simmer for 30-60 minutes until liquid is reduced by about half.
- Remove from heat, add calendula flowers, and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain and let the liquid cool to lukewarm, then add 1-1.5 cups of honey. Enjoy!
