Turmeric "Golden Milk" Jellies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • dash of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Heat up the coconut milk on the stovetop. Make sure not to boil.
  • Add the turmeric and other spices and whisk well.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the honey (more or less to taste).
  • Bloom the gelatin in a separate bowl (add a small amount of cold or room temperature water), stir, and then add to the hot turmeric mixture. Whisk well, until all the gelatin clumps have dissolved.
  • Pour mixture into silicone molds for easy removal or into a glass container. Place in fridge to gel.
