Method
- Heat up the coconut milk on the stovetop. Make sure not to boil.
- Add the turmeric and other spices and whisk well.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the honey (more or less to taste).
- Bloom the gelatin in a separate bowl (add a small amount of cold or room temperature water), stir, and then add to the hot turmeric mixture. Whisk well, until all the gelatin clumps have dissolved.
- Pour mixture into silicone molds for easy removal or into a glass container. Place in fridge to gel.
