Heat up the coconut milk on the stovetop. Make sure not to boil.
Add the turmeric and other spices and whisk well.
Remove from heat.
Add the honey (more or less to taste).
Bloom the gelatin in a separate bowl (add a small amount of cold or room temperature water), stir, and then add to the hot turmeric mixture. Whisk well, until all the gelatin clumps have dissolved.
Pour mixture into silicone molds for easy removal or into a glass container. Place in fridge to gel.
