Blueberry Coconut Gut-Healing Gummies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Milky Oats infusion Let 2-3 tbsp of dried Milky Oats steep in 1 cup of hot water for 10-15 minutes, then strain out the herb.
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) or other fruit
- 2/3 can coconut cream
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
Instructions
- Blend blueberries and coconut cream in a blender until smooth.
- Add gelatin to a small amount of cool water to bloom, then add to the hot Milky Oats infusion.
- Add honey and stir well.
- Add blueberry coconut cream mixture and warm slightly on the stovetop. Stir, stir, stir!
- Add to a silicone mold or simply pour into a glass container to cut into pieces after it hardens.
- Place in the fridge for a couple hours, or until the mixture has completely gelled.
